Planning in Henlow falls under the jurisdiction of Central Bedfordshire Council (CBC) Planning, who either approve or reject applications. All planning applications submitted to CBC are forwarded to Henlow Parish Council (HPC) for comment.
HPC review planning applications at each Full Council meeting, which are public meetings. Interested members of the public and/or the applicants themselves are welcome to attend. All new applications due to be reviewed by HPC are listed on the relevant forthcoming Full Council Agenda.
