CB/19/02842/OUT Land South of ‘The Fields’, Clifton Road, Henlow. Proposal: Outline application: Residential development of 0.49 hectares of land to form up to 9 bungalows/chalet bungalow dwellings with associated garaging, parking and other associated works.
CB/19/02693/FULL Land off The Sidings, Henlow Camp. Proposal: Construction of 3 detached dwellings with private drive
ii) To note notifications received:
APP/X1925/W/19/3232512 Appeal by Barratt David Wilson North Thames. Site address: land to the East of Bedford Road and West of Old Ramerick Manor, Bedford Road, Ickleford, Herts.
Description: Erection of 144 dwellings and associated works. Public enquiry to take place at NHDC offices on 15th October 2019.
